Sales Consultant
Turner Volkswagen is looking for a Sales Consultant to join our successful and long standing team in Kelowna, BC.
At Turner VW we promote a customer first culture that relies on working together cohesively and efficiently as a team in order to achieve our goals. The selected candidate will have strong and consistent work habits that center around customer service, product knowledge and helping create an exciting work environment with a culture that honours both our team members and customers. A passion for cars and the automotive industry is essential for success in this role. They will be responsible for both new and used car sales.

Sales Consultant Role Responsibilities
- Work with incoming leads via internet, phone and in person visits
- Hold and maintain a thorough understanding of VW and competitors products
- Assists clients to select the correct vehicle by actively listening to their needs
- Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with our clients and team members
- Meets new and used sales objectives
- Ensures that every customer interaction is handled in accordance with Turner VW’s core values
- Organizes work to ensure that timelines and customer expectations are met or exceeded
- Operates in accordance with Turner Volkswagen processes and procedures
