The Volkswagen Jetta features a Vehicle Stability Assist and Traction Control system that uses sensors to determine if the car is skidding or if the wheels are spinning and applies the brakes to the affected wheels to stabilize its path. In addition, the Jetta features Forward Collision Warning, which alerts you when a collision is imminent, giving you more time to stop on slippery roads, which is crucial in winter. Its front wheel drive powertrain helps to pull the Jetta through thick snow by putting the weight of the engine over the drive wheels.
